I found jean pierre and juan very helpful. They always answered my questions. they suggested great places and recommended menu items. the housekeepers were quick and efficient when i needed something. i liked the apartment location. It was close to the beach and shops.
the pool was closed , a slight letdown.

the hotel features a gym with several machines and a spa, although i did not use the spa because it costs 15 euros for 90 minutes. the pool area seemed nice, but it was closed !

The location was close to bus stops, supermarkets, and restaurants, so getting around was easy. Palmanova beaches were also less than 5 minutes away, though uphill. it's very close to the beach. There were also stores and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was good value at €10. It included a full choice of fruit, yogurt, cereal, continental options, and buffet-style hot food. unlimited tea, coffee, and juice, so the dining experience felt adequate.

The room was spacious and clean. It had a fully stocked kitchen and a large balcony with sturdy furniture! the shower had good power, and the beds were comfortable.

the location, it was really good. i walked to both palma nova and the other side, so that was good. the beds and pillows, i must say, was super comfy.
i didn't like the noise. i heard people running in the corridors and singing. the pool seemed unclean too. i found the deposit of €200 per room on arrival a bit high.

The apartment was spacious. It had a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The bedroom featured a comfortable bed. The pool was large. It was very nice for swimming and relaxing. The location was great. It was right in the heart of the action, so convenient. The gym was correct. The beds were large and comfortable. The sofa bed was not very comfortable.
The spa had a cost per person.
